Please read before registering for a class.

Music Classes: 8-weeks
Dance Classes: $105 (6 weeks)
Crafts Classes: $120 (6 weeks)
*members receive a $15 discount on 8-week classes.

Calliope Membership

Calliope relies on its membership for support. If you would like to become a member, call the Calliope office at (412) 361-1915, email us at calliope@calliopehouse.org.

Members receive our quarterly newsletter as well as a discount on classes at the Calliope School.

Class Length

All classes are held for eight weeks.

Adult classes are held weekday evenings in Shadyside at Chatham University unless otherwise noted. Each adult class is 90 minutes / session (unless stated otherwise).

Tuition Discount

Calliope Members Discount: $15 per 8-week class

Refunds, Pro-rates and Cancellations

Refunds will only be issued if Calliope cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment. If that happens, you'll be notified in advance and will receive a refund or credit within 30 days from the start of class. Please include your alternate choices on the registration form in case your first selections are cancelled.

No Pro-rating of classes. Please plan ahead accordingly.

No refunds are given to those who cancel their registration 2 weeks or less before class begins. Class credit to be used at a future time will be given to those who cancel in that time span.
