1. Refunds, Pro-rates and Cancellations
Refunds will only be issued if Calliope cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment. If that happens, you will be notified in advance and will receive a refund or credit within 30 days from the start of class. Please include your alternate choices on the registration form in case your first selections are canceled. No pro-rating of classes. Please plan ahead accordingly. Calliope teachers are paid rates based on number of students who register. Therefore, no refunds are given to those who cancel their registration 2 days before class starts, or after class begins. Notification about class confirmations will be sent approximately a week before class starts via email. Please specify if you prefer to be contacted via phone.

2. Classes are offered in eight week sessions at Chatham University in Shadyside. Some classes are held in instructor's homes--address will be given upon registration.
