The Calliope Concert series presents a thoughtfully curated combination of legendary musicians and under-the-radar artists who are on their way to similar status. Each eight-concert season in its entirety reflects the breadth of contemporary folk music, spanning genres that include Acadian, Americana, blues, bluegrass, Cajun, Celtic, country, global, klezmer, newgrass, singer-songwriter, and zydeco.

These concerts showcase top performers and up-and-coming stars at the Carnegie Library Lecture Hall, a gorgeous Beaux Arts–style theater beloved by our audiences and musicians alike for its stellar acoustics and intimate atmosphere.
