2-Week Workshop 11/9 and 11/16: Seasonal Songs Celebrating the Wheel of the Year (Fall)
The classes meet on 11/9 and 11/16 in person at Winchester Thurston School in Shadyside.
Ruthanne will be teaching folk songs that celebrate the Winter Solstice and the winter holiday seasonal traditions from around the world. Singers of all levels are welcome to join, and you do not need to be able to read music to attend.
Bring your voice, your curiosity, your passion for singing, and your desire to have fun. This is a great way to make some new friends.
We will also have the chance to perform some of the songs we learn in a welcoming environment. It will be a fun, festive experience, but performing is entirely optional. A songbook will be provided before class begins. If you have any questions, please contact Ruthanne at walesinthemorn@gmail.com.
Refunds, Pro-rates and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be issued if Calliope cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment. If that happens, you will be notified in advance and will receive a refund or credit within 30 days from the start of class. No refunds will be given to those who cancel their registration within 2 days before a class starts or after class begins. Classes may not be pro-rated; please plan accordingly. Confirmations will be sent approximately a week before a class starts via email (please specify if you prefer to be contacted by phone).
